Making a series of documentaries - need feedback 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello there

I'm Sarah from Torquay

I'm the producer with a small, independent film production company in Devon, and have begun pre-production of a three-part (for TV - hopefully) documentary series that focuses on industrialized hemp as a wonder-crop (for all its uses) and particularly focusing on war reparation, climate change, corporate greed and famine control.

I would therefore like to ask if anyone would be kind enough to visit my website and give me feedback (good or bad) about my project?

The _link_ is: http://necessaryp...ns.com/page4.html and if you click on the image it will show a director's storyboard in place of a trailer as I'm still waiting for footage and editing.

Bear in mind this about the low/no THC hemp (

I remember when my cousin ripped up half a field of hemp and replaced it with skunk, lucky bastards got it all watered and fed for free .

But yeah it's a good Idea, hemp is an amazing natural resource.

lol

Shame really, because hemp is male and female - its grown for the seeds, so your cousin would have had at best, very poor potency hermies...

And hemp is grown very close together so no natural light penetrates resulting in long woody stems, leaf drop and no buds.

Your poor cousin would have been gutted. Hemp dilutes the real thing making it virtually useless.

Did you check my site - and my trailer? I am so interested in people's views.

Well It was seedless and potent. .

btw you mean resulting seed would be weakened if crossed with hemp. I guess hemp is infertile or something idk, whatever the guy got some good bud out of it haha.

Hey Sarah,

First of all well done on your cause and website/video

What kind of feedback are you interested in? Specific stuff about the site / trailer etc or about the idea and slant you are taking with it?

To be honest I thought the trailer looked like on of those home made videos on you tube. But I see you're a long why off budget so thats understandable.

I also think the girl killed in afghanistan stuff was really beside the point aswell.

I think your film could go more in to the evil of prohibition, not so much the cannabis thing (as that will mainly apeal to stoners who already know about how good hemp is).

Apealing to the middle classes and pointing out ending prohibition to prevent crime and save money would not only free up the hemp by removing the stigma of cannabis, to what really needs to happen which is the legalisation of all drugs.

There is not enough in the media about how much crime etc prohibition causes.
