We have suffered beatings before at stonehenge, battle of the beanfield. Poll tax, criminal justice bill protests. These occured in the not so distant past, but due to the lies and blatent misuse of power and more lies and the fact that many of us lately had said that trouble was brewing...well all i can say is lets bash the bill once and for all for the sake of our children. (non-violence i mean of course!!!) only one war and that is the class war...bring it on you suited and uniformed cunts!

This may well back fire and come to haunt them. Labour's police state project has not yet advanced far enough for them to get away with the police killing innocent people in broad daylight. The plan was for them to be able to get away with these kind of actions within the next 5-10 years, but not yet, there is still some sense of living in a free society left in the UK, so this one act of mindless violence by the State may well mean the police state project of new Labour ultimately fails.
I know they wriggled out of shooting John Charles de Menzies point blank 9 times when he was unarmed and not running away (and not a terrorist), but it's hard to see how they will justify this one, though no doubt the government will try their darn hardest to make sure no one is held accountable.
We can but hope. My sympathies lie with the family of the poor guy who they murdered. His death must not be in vain.

loving the private eye cover that came out this week...
this is the kind of stuff that has been going on with a lot of the political conventions in the US, i can at least recall the DNC in denver, colorado (where there is footage of a detention camp that protesters were taken to for further interrogation), and i remember seeing a lot of the same heavy-handed tactics used by the RIOT POLICE that was sent out at the RNC in st. paul, minnesota -- pushing protesters over with their 40lb. guns to the ground and using tear gas and what appear to be rubber bullets. these were unarmed protesters.
i'm not surprised one bit about all this trouble going on with G20, everything we see in the US can be expected here, too, sadly. what i'm glad to see is that at least these film clips have been broadcasted over the media -- the BBC did not mention anything about the political conventions i mentioned, not a single UK paper ran with any of them at the time either, other than times online, i don't know if they ever printed anything about it though. interesting..

UK: Swansea Crown Court Hears How Pembroke Dock Cannabis
Western Telegraph, 12 Jul 2010 - A Pembroke Dock man who has campaigned for the legalisation of cannabis for medical purposes for the last 15 years has turned over a new leaf, a judge heard on Friday. Eric Mann, a retired oil refinery supervisor, served two prison sentences while taking on the government in a bid for those suffering chronic pain to be allowed to take cannabis for pain relief.
