is it just me or does that news report bring back memories of that brass eye on drugs?

if it is true, it just shows that it would be more sane as well as ethical to just make cannabis legal as it's obviously safer than limiting people to resorting to this, which it has to be said, looks fucking foul!

according to the BBC it was started by poor teenagers in africa.

But I think it's an america thing they're bloody wierdo, I just watched a documentary about men who had sex with cars.

One of them even fucked a bloody helecopter

    Western Telegraph, 12 Jul 2010 - A Pembroke Dock man who has campaigned for the legalisation of cannabis for medical purposes for the last 15 years has turned over a new leaf, a judge heard on Friday. Eric Mann, a retired oil refinery supervisor, served two prison sentences while taking on the government in a bid for those suffering chronic pain to be allowed to take cannabis for pain relief.
