A medical marijuana patient who had his plants confiscated by police are now sueing their local police department because under state law marijuana plants and marijuana must be kept in original condition.
They didn't and it looks like they're getting there arses sued

patchouli smells nothing like dope, tossers : S that's grim, i would have thought things were more liberal 20-odd years ago than now? seems less likely the case despite all the fuss on the media (not that we watch telly).
