here's something the UK media isn't covering either, peaceful protesters have been accused of "hurting a lot of people" when the video footage clearly shows riot teams shooting rubber bullets and tear gas at the protesters and chasing them to an area to corner and arrest them.

they also decided to arrest a journalist, amy goodman while doing her job, and set five st. paul (MN) police officers on a 17 year-old and beat him, stating he was putting up resistance by trying to protect himself and holding back identifying himself when he told them where to find his ID in his bag.

the other half has been sending _link_s to local news sources to see if they will at least report what is happening out there while republicans (who own most of the US media, surprise!!) continue to fob everyone off with gov. Palin and her knocked-up teenage daughter (funny, she never supported sex ed in the state of Alaska, just abstinence, and we can see that works just fine...)
