Some UK police not bothered about personal growing 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago

Reading soft secrets cannabis magazine I found an article on the police only finding it necessary to arrest and charge if the electricity is not being stolen and the cannabis is not destined for the black market then some will just photograph the gardens and leave them intact to grow to maturity.
Now obviously this is not happening in every case even if it is just for personal but it is happening and an obvious sign that many police have lost heart in our pointless drug war.

my mate (although ive distanced my self from him in the last few years) got busted with 14 plants. got 14 days! not long ago. which sounds bad, but this lads been bust more times than ive seen cops! i even think they've got him on a rota?lol (give him a year or so, long enough to set up again)
hes never done long time for growing! infact i think this is his first (for growing) and i know hes been caught with 20+ before, and they must know he deals it, i fist baught some of his home grown when i was 18, it was the first ever! full oz!
Anyway point is dont worry too much (unless u got a factory) other than it going on your record for employers to c, u will prob get away with cautions n fines (obvious conferscations) But time! we all know the prisons are full! More spin! keep the majority in fear n the minority can find out the truth! it wont matter..

this article only seems to have one thing i can agree on, which is the pic caption of the bloke exhaling smoke, which states In a small minority of people, dope can trigger serious mental illness, which is somewhat true, except they aren't stating the quantities of the smoking habit required to possibly trigger mental health problems... typical. cheers, beeb : S and

the problem with the mental health research is they do the experiment with pure THC which is a psychotic drug, thats where the mental illness scare comes from.
CBD however which is in all cannabis from Oil to sensi is an anti psychotic which was find to be as efficient in treating psychotic symptoms as some of the other anti-psychotics.
Could the mental illness lies in the papers be anything to do with large pharmaceutical companies who want cannabis banned so they can pump us full of addictive pharmaceuticals.

probably. i was just reading up on wikipedia today about how peyote contains anti-microbial properties that can be used to treat illness that has been come resistant to our over-used and over-prescribed anti-biotics _base_d off penicillin. yet that's not in the news. they're too busy scare-mongering us.
Evening Express, 05 Jan 2009 - Ministers reiterated their opposition to downgrading ecstasy today amid claims Government advisers will recommend it be made a class B drug. The Advisory Council for the Misuse of Drugs could urge Home Secretary Jacqui Smith to move the dance drug from class A when it reports later this month.
