I think it's excruciatingly embarrassing and probably more likely to make people want to take drugs.
There is a serious point here though, as of course there should be education and information about drugs out there, but when sites like Talk To Frank publish stuff that is simply untrue, many young people reading this stuff will know that it's bullshit, and then they will ignore other important information they should be getting.
Even worse than Talk To Frank, which does have some sensible advice on its web site, mixed in with the Government lies and propaganda, is the National Drugs Prevention Alliance, which is headed by a complete dick called Peter Stoker.
I've read many comments by Peter Stoker in the press and heard or seen him interviewed on TV/ radio and I can tell you this guy is a professional liar. He will not hesitate to completely exaggerate the dangers of any drug, manipulate statistics to suit his own agenda and / or even tell down right full on lies. I think its outrageous the media give this man the time of day, given that he is incapable of engaging in any sensible debate and does nothing but scaremonger and lie.
The media will always give assholes like Stoker airtime, yet they very rarely give people from the other side of the argument any coverage.
Last year I was invited to take part in a debate on Radio 5 about drugs legalisation and legal highs; I was all planned to be picked up by the BBC, I even booked the hotel and everything to be in London, however it was canceled a few days before, because the BBC told me the "anti", someone from the Government's Drugs Committee, had withdrawn and they were not allowed to broadcast unless they had both sides of the argument. In other words, a Government representative refused to debate with me live on national BBC radio about the UK's drug laws, because they don't want to have an open and honest debate. I was really annoyed about this, as I had made arrangements to be in London to do this and I would have completely wiped the floor with whoever they sent. They don't want to debate with the likes of me, because they know they will lose the argument and I will make them look stupid.
I was interviewed several times a few years ago when the Government introduced the Magic Mushroom ban, including by the BBC for local television Spotlight and BBC News 24. The BBC journalist told me she had to show both sides of the argument, which to be fair she did. I remember she told me she had no trouble finding people who didn't support the Magic Mushroom ban, but she was having great difficulty finding somebody who did support it and she even asked me if I knew anyone, so that she could ensure her piece was balanced.
I'm still waiting for a phone call from the BBC to debate with any of these bloody stupid pious do-gooder(badder) anti-drugs campaigners, but I'm not holding my breath, as they're all chickens.

fuckin brilliant sexing the biggest one rest are still seedlings checking them today i noticed that theres an unusual leaf the first single bladed leaves has grown the same shape as the three fingered but with only two the other is just single bladed. is it a mutant or is it normal.
the one im sexing atm is about a foot tall but i noticed that even though i transfered it into a large pot the roots are growing right out the bottom should i move to an even bigger pot or is this normal.

In my experience, you shouldn't have soil all the way to the bottom of the pot. The roots will grow out and you will damage them. Besides they are searching for something that isn't there...
I used a grow mat at the bottom - basically a cloth that will allow the water through but not the roots. Then a _layer_ of (washed!) gravel about one or two stones deep, then whatever aggregate you want.

wow doc thats a bullshit story site if ever i've met 1 lol. i sent lotsa hoaks emails lol. one begging for help with my addiction to IV injecting marijuana. i wish i could see the faces of the people who read that 1 lol. i say u should visit south africa and argue wit some of our native drug professionals who purchased there qualification at the local service station. forget BBC come on to the SABC. i'm sure a stoned limey debating wit some of those twats wil really make there heads pop.
some of the facts here are just laughable like grass making boys more feminine or increasing blood pressure(we all know it lowers it) and worse of all denying any medical benifits.

flicking through talk to frank i found a story about someone one of their anti cannabis scare stories about someone who wanted to join the army he started smoking weed and then started to think theres no point to it.
scared the shit out of me to think smoking weed would stop me wanting to join the army and fight for our government and be killed in the desert. yes after reading that im never touching weed again.
