You can buy herbal tobacco... My mother used to buy it in fifty gram pouches for something like 2.50 a pop. its just the same consistency as cutters choice so its ok for shotties and spliffs.

surely herbal tobacco=tobacco, hope your not talking about american spirit because thats an elaborate scam(has exactly the same tar and nicotine content as cutters C). i personally have given up rollies but still use tobacco in spliffs. some alternatives are herbal smoke mixtures like shamens pipe(get ready to cough!), also something called rasberry leaf, never seen it but its supposed to be smoth. sure potseeds has something that'll float your boat. hope i helped(vaguely)
