Excellent!

Have you read the Sea Of Green (SOG) method yet?
Here is a bit from concept420.com
but you will be able to find it all over the web:

This technique takes advantage of the fact that if the top is pulled over, it creates a hormonal condition in the plant that makes it bush out at all lower internodes. Sea of Green entails growing to harvest the main cola (top) of the plant. Bottom branches are trimmed to increase air flow under the "blanket" of growing tops.

Here is some more from onlinepot.org:

It's good to avoid "topping" your plants if you want them to grow as fast as possible. It's better just to grow 2 or 4 times more plants, since they will produce more, faster, in the same space. Also, "training" plants with twist-ties is a great way to get them to bush out a bit. Just take any type of plastic or paper twist tie and wrap it around the top of the plant, then pull it over until the top is bent over 90-180 degrees and then attach this to the main stem lower on the plant. Do this for one week and then release the plant from it's bond. The plant can be trained in this fashion to take less vertical space and to grow bushier, to fill the grow space and force lower limbs to grow upward and join the green canopy. This technique takes advantage of the fact that if the top is pulled over, it creates a hormonal condition in the plant that makes it bush out at all lower internodes.

ill give the standard potted plants.

i was looking round the net and i heard that it does the plants good to have a red and blue spectrum enviros on at the same time i was thinking of doing that instead of getting another bulb (cost wise its cheaper) is that a good way of getting the best out of the enviros(i no its not the same as hps) what nutrients would you recomend and when should i add them the little things are coming on well they have just got thier 3 fingered leaves and already i can see the start of some new leaves im very pleased with the results just over night they look healthier happier and are shooting up faster than ever.

Don't have any experience there so I can't advise you I am afraid - anyone else help out?

I would say though - if the price difference isn't huge you may as well pay the extra few quid for something you know will work - instead of saving a few quid on something that might work.

The soil you are using has neuts in it - just leave the little things alone - they will tell you when they need something

btw the plan is (im growing in a small space no ventilation and this is just a practice grow to learn the ropes) im going to get 3 125w enviros 2 blue one red and an extra red later on (spreads the cost i no im going to spend slightly more than the cost of hps or mh in the long run) im using three because ive noticed the plants lean towards the light so its going to be spread out im growing 5 plants.

it doesn't sound like you need sea of green. you have the perfect space/lighting to grow big bud-laden girls. if you have the time check out SCROG and LST-- http://forum.grasscity.com/advanced-growing-techniques/48363-scrog- method.html

I have never tried SCROG but it's def worth a look. To me it looked a bit trickier than SOG but it's all down to personal preference
