Help ive got probs? my delahaze seedling grew very lanky so i used clayballs at first to hold it up, followed by a stick. (its 5inch 3ed set of leaves) but i forgot to move the balls. now at the bottom of the seedling the stem (where the balls were) has gone very skiny and week looking! (waiting on a sim now to get pics on hear) and it is starting too look unhealth!

Do i risk leaving it? and hope it toughens up, or do i cut it off as a cutting and let the top re-grow? but this is my first use of seeds so i dont know if it would servive been cut that early!
can anyone help? err quickly!

pull it up and bury it way deeper so no light gets to it then it should grow roots anyway better to do it that way than cut it (I would guess it would die as they're very fragile at this stage).

wouldnt putting the plant deeper at this stage cause the stem to rott!

not sure but usually when stems are buried they will turn to root.

you could always add a little rooting hormone gel below the surface to increase chances of the stem turning to root rather than rot.

Yeah DH does seem to avoid the threads on illegal activities but still comments on articles about things like the drug laws I'm sure it's for legal reasons but most sites have their cannabis guru (I'm thinking the legend of stinky attic on cannabis.com who does give some of the best advice I've heard I'm sure some could name others) It would be nice of Dr hemp gave some growing advice on the threads as having his on strains produced he must have a huge amount of experience.

I must give thanks though to all the experienced growers on here who have steered me in the right direction in growing my crops.

The best advice I've had on this site has been from the webguy and sticky fingers they seem to be the most experienced growers.

cheers for the heads up. i fig it would be legal reasons? but could one not sign in as a user n help under the name hempydr or something? more so i would have thought they would want feed back on there strains, so crap ones seeds that dont root, homo's etc.. can be dropped?

Seems to be doing ok, growth has stoped! the first 2 sets of leaves are curling and dying but there does seem to be new groth from the center, so fingers crossed - looking good!
