The is a clear infringement of our domain name and we certainly have a case for defamation and domain name infringement in terms of the WIPO dispute resolution criteria.
Thank you for pointing this out to me. Rest assured they will be receiving a letter from our lawyers and we will take legal action against them if they do not make a transfer of that domain name.

We have taken legal advice and discovered that is an infringement on international domain name laws and have already instructed lawyers to take action to get the domain name transferred to us - will keep you informed, in the mean time if you want to get Caned in Totnes - this is the place to come, unless you're into weird perverted spanky stuff - then you know where to do.
