Me and my friend have been thinking about buying some as it is legal and cheaper then MDMA ...
Does anyone think that buying it is a bad idea?
£20 a gram isn't bad really though.

Methylone is lush, they used to sell in it Holland as a room odoriser labelled as Explosion.
The Labour cunts made methylone a class a drug back in 2003 under their horrible anologues act, though of course it's nowhere near as toxic as alcohol and there's not one reported death.

It will be legal in the country at the point of sale from where it is shipped from, but it would still be illegal in the UK, therefore if you purchased such items from an online reseller to be shipped into the UK you could be liable for prosecution for importing a class a drug.

This is incorrect, methylone (bk-MDMA) is a beta ketone analogue and therefore it is not covered by the misuse of phenythylamines act.

We checked a few years ago and the info we got back was it is definitely covered by the analogues act and therefore a class a drug.

Methylone is currently not specifically mentioned in UK law as the beta-ketone is not covered under the Misuse of Phenethylamines Law.

UK: Swansea Crown Court Hears How Pembroke Dock Cannabis
Western Telegraph, 12 Jul 2010 - A Pembroke Dock man who has campaigned for the legalisation of cannabis for medical purposes for the last 15 years has turned over a new leaf, a judge heard on Friday. Eric Mann, a retired oil refinery supervisor, served two prison sentences while taking on the government in a bid for those suffering chronic pain to be allowed to take cannabis for pain relief.
