The UKCIA have an article from the Wirral Globe on a grandad running his own weed farm... This 61 year old guy had 100 adults and 28 seedlings on the go plus a room full of heavy strings. Strangely he was charged with "producing cannabis at his home and abstracting electricity" What the hell is "abstracting electricity"...? Talk about this in the forum...
