Suggestion:
To make your _link_s directory a bit more "search engine friendly" and still count the number of hits each site gets, make the following replacement (using my site as an example):
Replace:
| Code: : |
[ a href="http://www.canedintotnes.co.uk/component/option,com_we_blink_s/
task,view/catid,9/id,11/" class="category" ]The Coffee Sh0p[ /a ]
|
With:
| Code: : |
[ a href="http://www.coffeesh0p.com" onclick="_javascript_:document.location='http://www.canedintotnes.co.uk/
component/option,com_we_blink_s/task,view/catid,9/id,11/'; return false;" class="category" ]The Coffee Sh0p[ /a ]
|
It'll only track _java_script__-enabled users, but that's gotta be most people. But on the upside, everyone you _link_ to will love you more.
Oh, and while we're on the topic of _link_ directories, we're moving our
old directory over to a
new one. In order to shift your _link_ across, I could do with a bigger de_script_ion of your site, a small _meta_ de_script_ion (the one we have on there now is fine for that) and a short list of _meta_ keywords. I sent you an email about it a while ago, but still awaiting your reply.
EDIT: It seems your code tags don't like me putting html in there, but hopefully you get the idea.
